What was the solution?

We met Ongresso after we had started working with the previous service provider and decided to switch to Ongresso to use not only their Back Office services (accounting, taxes, invoicing, etc.), but also payroll.

What were the results?

One of the reasons we love them is because they're a “more agile ship.” They're smaller than [the Big 4], but they're better, and that's because of their size and how they respond to us very quickly. They have extreme knowledge of all the laws and regulations, and we're very impressed with that. Their knowledge compares to [Big 4 suppliers] and they probably know more than they do.
It's great that they adapt to the whole payroll/HR process and do what we need. They don't demand exclusivity and we love that they're kind of plug-and-play. We can integrate them wherever we need them and we really appreciate that. I also can't say enough about the benefit we get from working with a company that is small enough but full of experts. They just send us the information and templates we need and they match our needs exactly.
Our overall impression is that they are experts, they know what they are doing, but they give us a personal touch. Their response time is wonderful. The meetings are organized, they stay on topic and answer questions concisely.
