Customer Relations Manager
My passion for Latin America originates in my double degree business studies with the focus on South America (CALA). I went to Colombia for the first time in 2014, and the country with its kind people fascinated me from the beginning.
I originally started my education in the automotive industry, and after successfully completing my bachelor’s degree, I started working for a young, innovative company focusing on Latin America. The decision to join Ongresso was very easy for me.
In addition to my work as Customer Relations Manager, I am completing my master’s degree in business management at the Universidad del Rosario in cooperation with the Mainz University of Applied Sciences. My daily tasks as a direct contact person for our customers are quite varied, so I am enthusiastic about bringing together people from different backgrounds and cultures every day thanks to the active support of our team.
