Customer Relations Manager
My passion for Latin America originates in my double degree business studies with the focus on South America (CALA). Therefore, I went to Colombia for the first time in 2014 and the country with its kind people fascinated me from the beginning.
I originally started my education in the automotive industry and after successfully completing my bachelor’s degree I already worked for a young, innovative company focusing on Latin America. The decision to strengthen Ongresso was therefore very easy for me.
In addition to my work as a Customer Relations Manager, I am completing my master’s degree in business management at the Universidad del Rosario in cooperation with the Mainz University of Applied Sciences. My daily tasks as a direct contact person for our customers are very varied, so that I am enthusiastic to bring together people with a background from different cultures every day, thanks to the active support of our team.
