Introduction client: Netcentric is a Swiss digital service provider it was founded in 2012 by 17 employers. Zurich, Barcelona and Munich were the first 3 locations where Netcentric opened their branch offices. After a 5 year period of continuous success the company has grown to 350 employers in 11 branch offices.

The company provides software and digital marketing strategies to top brands such as Daimler/Mercedes-Benz, Audi, DHL, UBS, Allianz and Miles and More. Netcentric specialises in integrating products from adobe into their global corporation partners.

Objective: In June 2016, Netcentric opened its first Latin American location in Medellin, Colombia. The goal was to establish an offshore center to provide the European teams of developers with software solutions “Made in Colombia”.

Solution: Ongresso handled the company foundation, managed the initial recruiting process, handled the back office (accounting, payroll, cash management) and provided legal advisory and representation.

In October 2017, Netcentric was acquired by Cognizant, one of the world’s leading professional services companies. The top management decided to close down the Medellin subsidiary. Ongresso also supported the closing process and ensured a smooth transition.
